Ricavision International Inc. is a privately held company and was first founded in 1993 as a California corporation.
In 2004 Ricavision reorganized to focus operations on becoming an IT, CE and Home Entertainment convergence technology company.
Ricavision built a reputation as the industry leader creating a new line of Media Center products incorporating emerging entertainment
technology and providing solutions in digital home entertainment based on Microsoft Windows Media Center.
In 2004, Ricavision International launched its line of Entertainment Media Center products under the PLIX brand name; created
with a number of feature sets that set the PLIX product line apart from its competitors. With Microsoft and Intel as marketing partners,
Ricavision International positioned itself to capture a significant portion of this exciting new market segment while establishing itself
as the leader in the media center market space.
Today, Ricavision continues to create cutting edge Media Center technology, but our core focus is on revolutionary new products
surrounding the Microsoft Windows Sideshow. These innovative product developments integrated with the Microsoft Windows SideShow and
Windows Vista MCE provides continuous access to digital entertainment every minute of every day.

Max Li, the founder, CEO and the President of Ricavision International, Inc. Prior to starting Ricavision, Max was a Sr.
Product Marketing Consultant for Olivetti Corporation. He was responsible for product sourcing, establishing and maintaining
direct manufacturer relationships on behalf of Olivetti with a complete signatory control over product design, development,
and packaging. With many years of product marketing experience with Olivetti, he teamed up with Microsoft and Intel to design
and create consumer oriented IT products for market segments of consumer electronics and Windows PC. He also has built up
close partnerships with many of worldwide first-tier IT companies and retail chains in US and Latin American.
Mike Ambrose CTO has over 20 years experience crafting and executing product and technology strategies for early
stage and established multinational technology companies in diverse markets. Most recently, as Senior Vice
President and Chief Technology Officer at Interlink Electronics, he helped build category leading businesses
in interactive remote controls, electronic signature systems and force sensors. Mike led planning and
development of products for consumers as well as leading companies in diverse industries, such as Sony, HP,
Dell, Acer, Wells Fargo and State Farm. Prior to Mr. Ambrose’s time at Interlink he held senior positions in general management, marketing management
and R&D for Communications Intelligence Corporation, Logitech and Compaq Computer.
Alicia Mellor, VP of WW Sales and Business Development
joined Ricavision in May 2006. Ms Mellor has over twelve years experience in IT sales and marketing. She has held
VP of Sales positions with EMC2, MRO, Magic Software and Raptor Networks. Ms. Mellor is a world-class technology sales executive with
proven track record for consistently exceeding revenue objectives with large IT firms. Ms Mellor is a creative and disciplined innovator
adept at building and operating highly effective business model structures.
Stephen Huang joined Ricavision in 2004 as an Operation Manager. Stephen has more than 10 years of experience in production line
management and logistics operation. He was an operation manager of Northgate (also a member of ISO core group) and PACCO group in
charge of the product logistics and product management. In Ricavision, Stephen handles procurement, production line management,
support and service, Inbound/Outbound RMA, and shipping/receiving.
